OUR PBX SOLUTIONS

Today’s telecommunication systems have changed a great deal to an extent that the traditional PABX systems have become costly and unreliable in terms of setting up and upgrading, much to the detriment of the customer. These days the consumer demands a service that is specific to their needs without incurring any unnecessary extra costs and delays of acquiring additional hardware.The software based IP PBX fills this void and is cost effective in terms of manpower and delivery. The Turbo Worx team is highly experienced as we have served in the old fashioned managed environment where change in the way to do things faces resistance in terms of migrating to server and software based systems. It is difficult for the established companies to keep their heads above the waters in this economic environment. The proprietary PBX is coming to an end and getting taken over by the software based IPBX systems which are easy to install and manage with a small effective staff complement. Software based PBX can be done by hosting the system for several companies renting them out the services and installing server PBXs on customer premises and goes into service contract. SMARTPHONE (iPhone and Android)

Iphone and Android phones can be used as clients to Software Phone Systems using the freely available Software for Android and for iPhone. Using this software, the Turbo Worx team can make your smartphone become a wireless desk phone in the office, and can be used to answer and receive company calls while out of office via Wi-Fi or 3G (mobile provider must support VoIP over 3G for this to happen). Setting that up will take our technicians approximately an hour and costs almost nothing with minimum monthly rental costs for extension port and trunk port.
