Turbo Worx SA acquires Zetabyte and Xtreme IT Solutions

P1000487Turbo Worx SA has announced in Johannesburg today, Friday, 26 October 2012, the acquisition of Zetabyte and Xtreme IT Solutions two of Jo’burg’s most innovative Information Communication Technology service providers.

Announcing this ground-breaking business deal, the CEO of Turbo Worx (SA), Gelfand Kausiyo, welcomed both Zetabyte and Extreme IT Solutions staff into the Turbo Worx stable.

“There will be no job losses for staff as a result of this acquisition”, Gelfand emphasized.

“In fact with cross promotion of skills and business ideas staff will benefit from the global outfit arrangement that Turbo Worx currently enjoys with its affiliate companies, the UK-based Solution First and the African-focused digital network giant Broadcast Solutions. These are all part of the Turbo Worx Group.”

Extreme IT Solutions and Zetabyte operate from the north of Johannesburg and have been highly successful in the provision of specialised Information Communication Technology services that include Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Network Infrastructure, Mobility Solutions, Industry Standard Servers, Data Protection, Backup and Cloud Computing Services, Enterprise Class Servers and Storage Solutions to a growing number of small, medium to big corporate organisations. Some of the major clients currently include the likes of GKD, Inter Africa, Pretium Services, Gryphon SA, Gijima Supply Chains, Tag Group, Midas, Afcap Consulting, Busi SA Logistics, Planworx, QS Bureau, Oak Tree, 4-Africa, Elliot Consulting, Mandy Pietersen, Harricharan Cartage, SVR, Eagles Landing among others.
